摘要
Magneto-acoustic-electrical tomography (MAET) is a new electrical impedance tomography technology (EIT), which combines conventional electrical impedance tomography and ultrasound imaging. It can provide high-spatial-resolution electrical impedance information of body. The limitation created by the observation is that when the whole traditional ultrasound pulse propagates within a uniform part of the sample, the ultrasonic wave renders a signal that is very small inside the uniform sample. The cause of the limitation was discussed in the paper, and a new proposal to adopt a different ultrasonic with net momentum was raised to overcome the problem. The paper offers different ultrasonic waveforms MAET simulation demonstration. The measured voltage amplitude being proportional to the net momentum of the ultrasound is verified by the numerical simulation. In addition, the inverse problem algorithm based on the new approach was discussed.
