摘要
The combination of finance and high-tech enterprises can promote the growth and development of high-tech enterprises. At the same time, it promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. High-Tech enterprises in different life stages have different demands for funds, and their ability to control the risk are various. Some investment institutions like to invest the enterprises, which are in the maturation period, so the enterprises, which are in the start-up period, and growth period still has the financing problem. This paper proposes a theory model of 'finance promotes the development of high-tech enterprises', which tries to optimize the combination path of finance and high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province of China based on the life cycle theory.
