摘要
Human resource value evaluation plays a significant role in enterprise managers' reasonable development, utilization, and management of human resources. Using the TOPSIS method to evaluate the value of enterprise human resources, eliminate the uncertain influence caused by the emotional weight of evaluation indicators, and make the evaluation results more objective and reasonable, the evaluation models using the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are constructed. The objective weight of each index is determined by the entropy weight method, and the accurate weight is used to process the data matrix of the evaluation object. Then, the TOPSIS method sorts the evaluation objects to get an excellent grade. Taking the employee recruitment of an enterprise as an example, it was verified and analyzed. The experimental results show that the application of the algorithm in the value evaluation of human resources is more objective and effective.
