摘要
A hybrid precursor contained borazine and perhydropolysilazane was synthesized and its structure was characterized. Three-dimensional carbon fiber reinforced nitride composite materials (3D C-f /Nitrides) were prepared through vacuum infiltration of precursor and pyrolysis in inert atmosphere. Mechanical properties and ablation behaviors of C-f/Nitrides were studied. The results showed that there were several bonds such as B-N, B-H, Si-N, Si-H and N-H in the structure of hybrid precursor. The density of the 3 composite increased while the PIP cycle was repeated. The composite after 4 cycles was nearly dense and its density reached 1.50 g/cm(3) The flexural strength reached 156.4 MPa. The ablation experiment of the composite presented its excellent ablation resistance properties.
