摘要：
The conditions for the separation of prednisolone, dexamethasone, cortisol, cortisone, and cortisone acetate are selected using high-performance thin-layer chromatography on PTSKh-AF-V-UF plates with a 12 mM aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate as a micellar mobile phase. The hormones are identified under UV radiation (254 nm).
