Spatial-temporal Analysis of the Relationship between the Regional Resource Environment and the Economic Development

The regional resource environment in reality is in objective existence, so we are facing the constraints of the technical coefficients while applying it to the development of the regional economy, so we need to adjust the structures and states of the resources constantly in the two dimensions of the space and the time. According to the theory of the regional economic development, the path of the regional economic development will be influenced by the local natural endowment conditions, resulting in the differences in the forms and paths of the economic development. In this paper, the natural endowment conditions are known as the regional resource environment, thus attempts to explore the space-time problem of relation between it and the development of the regional economy. It is not difficult to understand that the regional resources must be the factors directly or indirectly used for production by the humans, and therefore, the configuration of the regional resources is naturally related to the distribution of the productive forces. However, the regional resource environment in, the reality is in objective existence, so we are facing the constraints of the technical coefficients while applying it to the development of the regional economy, so we need to adjust the structures and states of the resources constantly in the two dimensions of the space and the time. Thus, to explore the space-time issue of the relationship between the two is also to complete the discussions on the theme of the thesis in the dynamic perspective. Based on the above description, the author will carry on the discussion of the subject of the article.
