摘要
AC/DC Hybrid Distribution Network (AC/DC HDN) obtains high capability of power delivery and network optimization, which achieves a full consumption of Distributed Renewable Energy Sources (DRESs) and supports the development of low-carbon economy. Firstly, key factors which affect the low-carbon benefit of AC/DC HDN are analyzed in this paper. Then, a low-carbon benefit index system of AC/DC HDN is built in three dimensions of the generation side, the grid side, the consumption side respectively, as well as some definitions and quantitative formulas of important evaluation indexes are provided. In addition, the determination method and evaluation method of index weights are studied, which verifies the scientificity, reasonability and believability of those key indexes by an example, and guiding functions for constructions of AC/DC HDN in China.
