摘要
As global warming is much concerned around the world, forest carbon sequestration becomes a hot topic among scholars domestic and abroad. Forest plays an irreplaceable role in reducing concentrations of greenhouse gases such as CO2 in the atmosphere, and slowing down global warming. According to the forest carbon sequestration calculated by methodology of biomass expansion factor based on forest inventory, the authors took afforestation area, the affected forest area, forest area with pests and rat disasters, timber output, and silvicultural capital construction investment as the influencing factor, to achieve gray incidence analysis on forest carbon sequestration of 20 Provinces. The conclusion is that timber output is the most important influencing factor, and compared with other indicators, silvicultural capital construction investment appears a relatively weak role in promoting the growth of forest carbon sequestration.
