We develop intelligent algorithm to detect Monolayers of WSe2, MoS2 and h-BN autonomously using Digital Image Processing and Deep Learning with 100% accuracy, avoiding any additional characterization techniques such as photoluminescence or Raman. (C) 2021 The Author(s)
