摘要
The main purpose of this research is to study the relevance and satisfaction of the organizational culture at the machine-building enterprise in modern conditions. The authors, based on the research of leading scientists, consider the organizational culture as a fundamental component of the company's efficiency in the market, analyze the possibilities of its formation and the importance for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. It has been established that the organizational culture and the factors of its formation provide equal opportunities for all groups of personnel both for building individual development and for solving organizational issues and managing the production process. The authors' research is based on a competent approach, which determined the choice of methods: extrapolation and modeling. It is shown that the staff of PJSC "GAZ" company, despite the difficulties, highly appreciate the existing programs of support of the company's employees, but would like to participate more in management and decision-making, dive more deeply into solving issues and develop/maintain an organizational culture in a company with a rich history; The high level of digitalization and use of the information protocol for the purpose of transparency of personnel information and personnel information for the management of the enterprise has been identified; constraints to the development of organizational culture have also been identified and overcome. The research has significant prospects for further research related to the study of the impact of digital services and the information protocol on the organizational culture of the enterprise.
