摘要
The development of software engineering has greatly enhanced awareness and importance of software process quality. Software process with high quality not only improves software quality, but also reduces unnecessary manpower and resource depletion. As a kind of knowledge product, the definition of software process quality is ambiguous. Hence, the generalization quality system is introduced. Combined with CMM software process model, a generalized software process measurement model is proposed. Further studies on processes of analyzing and selecting metrics have been conducted.
