Research on Relationship between Trust and Knowledge Sharing of Firm Alliance of Technological Innovation

With the advent of knowledge economy, firm alliance appears in the industry. Alliance composed of different types of firms has a tremendous role to improve the competitiveness of firms. However, some special alliances, such as alliance of technological innovation firm, can't achieve the satisfaction of the expected; one of the important reasons is lack of trust among firms. Through the segmentation study on the trust of firm alliance of technological innovation, this paper established related hypothesis model of trust and knowledge sharing in the alliance, put forward the research hypothesis and made an empirical analysis on the model by means of questionnaire. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance on the knowledge sharing in firm alliance so as to improve the alliance competitiveness.
