摘要
A 47-year-old female patient was admitted for coronary angiography due to transient ST elevation. The electrocar-diogram rated for transient ST elevation corresponded to a spiked helmet sign caused by an ECG artifact. Although a number of non-coronary causes of the spiked helmet sign are known, not one caused by a computer artifact has been reported yet. It is important to recognize it to avoid unnecessary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
