摘要
Urbanization is the future trend of human civilization, and it is also inherent motive force of economic growth as well as social development in our country as well. Our country has opened the new historical stage of new-type urbanization, and the original urbanization mainly guided by GDP growth is transforming into a new-type urbanization which can both create job opportunities as well as provide public services. With the rapid development of urbanization, the demands of people for real estate are increasing constantly, and the prices of real estate also rise quickly at the same time. The high price of real estate has already become the burden of people's life, and it also begins to hinder the healthy development of urbanization as well. Compared to traditional urbanization, new-type urbanization has totally different development path and development mode, and it also has different requirements of the development of real estate industry. In terms of the development of real estate industry, the development of new-type urbanization not only brings huge development space for real estate industry, but also it has higher requirements for the real estate industry as well. Therefore, the study of the interactive relationship between real estate industry in China and new-type urbanization as well as the coordinated development path between the two is of very important practical significance. The first part is a brief introduction of the whole paper including purpose and significance of this paper. The second part is an overview of real estate and new-type urbanization including the definition and operation process of real estate as well as definition and characteristics of new-type urbanization. The third part is the present situation of the development of real estate and urbanization including the present situation of urbanization and the existing problems in the development of real estate under traditional urbanization. The last part makes an analysis of the interactive mechanisms. of new-type urbanization and real estate industry and gives a brief conclusion.
