摘要
According to the present technology development situation of Chinese food industry, this paper establishes the technological innovation ability evaluating criterion system for Chinese food industry, and evaluates its technological innovation ability. As well, policy suggestions on how to enhance the technological innovation ability of Chinese food industry are put forward in conclusion.
