摘要：

Project-based Learning (for short, PBL) is a new kind of learning model based on constructivist theory. It is also an effective approach to promote the literacy of employees and the development of the corporation. In this paper, the authors describe the definition, characteristics, elements and specific processes of manipulation to apply the PBL to human resource training of the corporation. In addition, we clarify the rules and principals through which PBL can be applied to human resource training and corresponding designs for virtual system of PBL to support the human resource training.
