摘要
Excited J(pi) = 0(+) states in Pb-188 populated in the alpha-decay of Po-192 have been identified through alpha-particle/conversion electron coincidences, alpha-particle energies and branching ratios have been measured, and hindrance factors deduced. The level scheme has been fitted using a configuration mixing calculation, providing estimates of the mixing matrix elements, mixing amplitudes and the energies of unperturbed and unobserved levels.
