摘要
In the course of mass higher education, how higher education's hierarchy has taken place, how can hierarchy adjust and optimize to better adapt to and meet social needs for talents are the things that this paper cares about. In this article, the main methods taken are literature-analysis, data-analysis and induction. And this paper also arrives at conclusions that two-year college has been the center of gravity of China's higher education development, and has a "pyramid shape" of talent-trained structure, but we have to take measures to adjust and optimize higher education's hierarchy in order to achieve sustainable development of higher education.
