摘要
A new type of programmable waveform generator dedicated to experiments with monochromatic, circularly polarized Mossbauer gamma -radiation is presented. The system consists of an unpolarized, monochromatic source which is moved by a standard system in constant acceleration mode. A second, separate transducer, collaborating with a programmable generator, is moving a polarizer with constant Doppler velocity shift with respect to the source. Details concerning the shape of signals used in the waveform generator are discussed and it is shown that commercially available transducers can be used to achieve the goal.
