Research on the Teaching Reform of Leisure Physical Education in Chinese Colleges and Universities

Leisure Sports Major in Colleges and universities is the requirement of the times development and the need for reform of physical education. As a new physical major, it is not perfect in the aspects of teaching objectives, teachers, curriculum and teaching evaluation system. Therefore, in order to promote the development of leisure physical education in Colleges and universities, we must reform it. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, mass sports also grew rapidly from this, and leisure activities are spread gradually. As the basic education department, the college sports major plays an important role in the cultivation of leisure sports professionals. Since 2007, leisure sports major has been listed in the Undergraduate Catalog by ministry of education, at present, China has more than a dozen colleges and universities have set up leisure sports major, for the development of leisure sports to training professional, high-quality personnel. Leisure sports major is a new and developing specialty in colleges and universities. It is not only the trend of the times, but also the need of people.
