摘要：
This paper summarizes development stages of technology innovation of commercial bank since the reform and opening-up policy in China. Then we analyze the current situation of technological innovation of commercial Banks, and get the fact that due to the bondage of the system and laws, there is still quite a big difference between our commercial banks and the developed countries. And we further analyze the problems and difficulties of commercial banks' technology innovation from efficiency and risk aspects. Finally, this paper gives out some suggestions for the development of Chinese bank industry.
