摘要：
A "small" percentage of breast cancer occurs in young women. In a disease as common as breast cancer, this translates to thousands of patients. Because of widespread misperception by both the public and healthcare professionals, the Young Survival Coalition was founded. This special article describes the work of the YSC and the plight of the women trapped in their overlooked demographic.
