摘要
Behavioral systems management is a technology based on a scientific approach of the analysis of behavioral systems. This technology helps organizations to define and achieve their goals. It consists of the analysis, specification, design, application, evaluation and recycling of human motivational systems that optimize the performance and development at the individual, department and system levels of the organization. It uses three models: the "Goal-Directed System Design", the "Three Contingency Model of Performance Management", and the "Performance-Management Model of Cultural Change". This paper describes the theoretical and methodological framework of behavioral systems management and its applications to production and services organizations.
