摘要：
This article brings forward the conceptual model for realizing heterogeneous information exchange, namely OHIES (Ontological Heterogeneous Information Exchanging System), which uses description logic to indicate the ontology, and transfers XML files into the information available to be automatically processed by enterprise system through semantic mapping, logical reasoning, and ontology abstraction of such XML files, and thus realizes the exchange of heterogeneous information.
