摘要
With the implementation of global green economy encouraging and promoting the development of GB (green building) has become as a current construction industry trend. The establishing of green building evaluation system is the main methods and tools for development of GB. This paper analyzes five more mature GBs, from British BREEAM, American LEED, Canadian GBTooI to Australian NABERS, including the evaluation indices, weight system and methods of evaluation. Compared with Chinese <Green Building Evaluation Standard>. It prospects for adopting unified standards, which is to use one common GB evaluation frame through the whole world. The detailed evaluation items, metewands and weight coefficients will be determined by experts according to each country's circumstances. Discus both advantages and disadvantages on this universal assessment system.
