摘要
This work presents a diagnostic method for disaster response operations. The algorithm of identification of the situation in disaster conditions is described. The combination of the diagnostic method with remote sensing techniques and approximate disaster-spreading model can provide required credibility and efficiency of disaster prediction and response.
