摘要：
In this paper, the author investigates virtual construction method and application of building construction process based on building information modeling (BIM) technology. This paper also considers two actual projects to illustrate the modeling process, the benefits gained, and the challenges faced using Revit and Navisworks software. Finally, to provide inspiration and reference to industry practitioners, this paper identifies the challenges faced when using BIM and the future directions for BIM.
