摘要
A nitridoosmium(VI) complex [Os-VI(N)(sap)(OH2)Cl] (H(2)sap = N-salicylidene-2-aminophenol) displays prominent in vitro and in vivo anti-cancer properties, induces S-and G2/M-phase arrest and forms a stable adduct with dianionic 5'-guanosine monophosphate.
