摘要：
A mathematical technique for describing fuzzy semiotic systems is proposed. An approach to developing an open system for decision support is considered. The formal model of the system is based on a fuzzy semiotic system. The Trincon software tool for designing fuzzy semiotic systems for decision support is developed. Examples of the application of the Trincon software tool in designing fuzzy semiotic systems for decision support are demonstrated.
