摘要：
Looking back the whole development process of Chinese venture capital firms (VCFs for short hereinafter), we have obtained tremendous achievement on the one hand; on the other hand-there are lots of problems. This paper made a systemic analysis of these problems from exterior and inner sides of Chinese VCFs. this paper also put forwards some corresponding countermeasures and worthy suggestion for Chinese VCFs' further development, from the sides of VCFs' exterior microscopic environment and inner microcosmic mechanisms.
