摘要：
There is a discrepancy between an increasing prevalence of allergic asthma and decreasing diagnostic and therapeutic efforts regarding allergies in Germany. This discrepancy can be explained by several factors: the trivialization of allergies, the peculiarities of asthma therapy, an insufficient training of physicians and an insufficient reimbursement of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the field of allergy.
