摘要：

In this paper a restricted use of terms is proposed to be used within object libraries, based on (ISO 12006-3, 2002). An object library is a set of definitions and specifications of concepts. Concept definitions and concept specifications are indicated with the term ontology. For the hierarchical ordering of concepts and the rules for ordering the term taxonomy will be used. The list of terms, giving access to the concepts is called a vocabulary. Another entry for finding concepts is by classification.
