摘要：
The energy and the environmental issues are the common challenges facing the international automobile industry, and the energy-saving and emission-reduction has become the primary task of the development of China's automobile industry. The development of the electric vehicles, including the hybrid electric vehicles, the pure electric vehicles, and the fuel cell vehicles has become the strategic direction of the development of the automobile industry in our country. The author of this paper carries on some analyses and researches on the paths of the promotion of the electric vehicle industry in the financial leasing business.
