摘要
The main objective of the project is to support the application of robot-like systems related to small and medium enterprises. Three-dimensional image processing is used in order to support and automate programming. High-precision machining of complex components with a low number of pieces is the main type of application to be considered. An integrated programming and control system has been developed. The geometrical representation of the surface is evaluated by applying an optimized marching cube algorithm. Technology-oriented functions are implemented and can be extended by the user, in order to generate control programs, referring to a specific application technology.
