摘要
The longitudinal aerodynamic derivatives of a Beechcraft 65 were estimated by a conventional least squares method (LS) and a total least squares method (TLS). TLS assumes that both explanatory variables and observations contain errors. Compared with a frequency response method, LS and TLS could derive more, or at least equally, accurate derivatives from an extraordinarily short flight test. The appropriate data processing was found to be important to improve the estimation accuracy.
