Separation for dansylated amino adds by capillary zone electrophoresis with lower electroosmotic flow

摘要
Dansylated amino acids were separated by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) in bare-capillary with lower electroosmotic flow (EOF). Parameters affecting the performance of the separation, such as the pH and concentration of buffer, the type and content of addition agent were studied. It was found that the migration times of the components were very sensitive to the pH of buffer, and the selectivity of the separation could be greatly improved by adding glycine. Detail research showed that the separation selectivity of CZE with lower EOF could be readily manipulated by changing the dissociation constant of samples.
