摘要
The initial stage of copper electrodeposition from acidic solutions containing thiourea has been studied using potentiostatic transients and cyclic voltammetry. The optimal conditions have been determined by experimental design where the nuclear number density for progressive nucleation has been chosen as response factor. The effects of different parameters (thiourea concentration, acid concentration and overpotential) and their interdependences have been studied. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
