SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND SPORTS SCIENCES IN COLOMBIA: A BIBLIOMETRIC APPROACH

摘要：
This bibliometric study aimed to measure the state of written scientific production in the field of physical activity and sport in Colombia. A cross-sectional and retrospective study was designed in two phases, for the local and international context. Three bibliographic databases were accessed with a 2010-2016 observation window. There was a low scientific production in the area of study, expressed in the low number of scientific journals indexed at the national level and in the small number of articles published in internationally recognized journals.
