摘要
Customer relationship management is the wide application of marketing and selling in the process of the customer management skills. Its main tasks are to find the new customers and establish the relationship between these customers and the company, and to manage these customers to maintain good contact with the company, to make the customers obtain the fulfillment as much as possible from the company, thereby maintaining the stability of the customers, and obtain the corresponding market. The electric power marketing is the core business of the power enterprises, and should be adapted to the requirements of the market economy. The production and business activities of the electric power enterprises should be subordinated to and serve the needs of the electric power marketing. Combined with the practical situations, this paper discusses the present situations of the reform of the market of the electricity enterprises in our country, and analyzes the importance of the power supply enterprises to carry out the customer relationship management, and finally discusses briefly how to strengthen the customer relationship management in the electric power marketing.
