摘要
The effects of four types of enzyme (systems) treatment on oxygen delignification for Acacia Kraft pulp were investigated. The optimal treatment conditions of laccase/xylanase system (LXS) and xylanase (X) were determined. The results indicated that the optimum enzyme dosage of LXS was 7IU/g, while it changed to 5IU/g in the subsequent process, for X it was 6IU/g and 4IU/g respectively. For all of the enzyme(system), it was clearly showed that the effect of a subsequent treatment was better than that of the pretreatment. Compared with other enzyme (system), the high-temperature-resistance xylanase (X(HT)) was more appreciated to combine with oxygen delignification in the four enzyme systems to improve the delignification effects and reduce the application costs.
