摘要
The major problems of nonlinear loads are harmonic generation and the drawing reactive power. Active power filter which is an excellent solution for mitigating harmonics and reactive power compensation leading to improvement in power quality when using a nonlinear loads. The present study deals with fuzzy logic control and neuro fuzzy control for Shunt active power filter. Neuro fuzzy logic has improved THD when compared to fuzzy logic controller and it is demonstrated through simulation results.
