摘要：
The management for the supply chain aims to lower the cost of the whole supply chain and gain the best incomes. Then, through the enterprises' mutual cooperation in the supply chain, the question on how to distribute the saved cost or increased incomes shall be very important. The thesis, through a simple supply chain mode, elaborates how manufacturers and sales agents fix a price to distribute the profits and try to elaborate their choices in game theory (GT).
