Analysis on the Input-Output of China Innovation

This paper uses indexes such as patent and R&D resources of 1989-2007, to analyze China innovations input-output quantitatively, and find that the output elasticity is very high, the research and development innovation has the characteristic with the scale reward increases progressively, it is possibly the basic reason that lead to the regional economies disparity enlarging. In each kind of research and development resources, the output elasticity of the patent to fund is biggest, the fund becomes the most important factor of researches and develops, The scientific innovation has the high investment characteristic truly. The dissertations play certain role in research and develop also, but the elasticity is small.
