摘要：

This paper develops methods to avoid unintended outcomes while implementing Six Sigma projects. While focus is generally spent in selecting the proper outcome (Y) for projects, a new concept will be presented to select and monitor any unintended outcome (Anti-Y). Rigorous statistical analysis will be developed to prevent an unintentional change of an Anti-Y.
