Evaluation of Construction Contract Management Performance

In the conditions of the market economy, the rights and obligations between the contracting parties is mainly determined by the construction contract, therefore, the management performance of construction contract affects the success of the project directly. The content of management performance evaluation is complex, and is affected by many factors, which exists complex relationship between themselves. In this paper,the factor analysis is used to establish an evaluation model which could not only evaluate the performance of construction contract management for the construction enterprises, but also effectively avoid the interaction of the original information-related and the subjectivity of the weights in common evaluation methods. In this method the construction enterprises can hopefully be conscious of their level of contract management and then take appropriate measures to improve profits.
