摘要
To reduce the vibration and noise generated by the spin state of a drum-type washing machine, a new type of hydraulic mount (HM) for a washing machine is designed. A physical model with inertia tracks is suggested and analysed using the finite-element method (FEM) and fluid-structure interaction (FSI) simulation using the software ADINA is carried out, and the frequency response characteristics of the suggested model is investigated. Two mathematical models (linear model and non-linear model) for an HM system with inertia tracks are designed, and parameters are identified with the help of FEM. Finally, a multibody dynamic model of a drum washing machine including the developed HM is built and analysed using the commercial software ADAMS and MATLAB. The simulation results for a drum-type washing machine show a good performance compared to a washing machine model with conventional dampers.
