Garut value co-creator: fostering the growth of SMEs in Garut to attract more customers

摘要
Garut is one of the districts in Indonesia that is known to have great potential in small and creative businesses. Several industries have been transformed from local industries into national industries, one of which is the famous traditional snack in Garut, namely Dodol Garut. Unfortunately, the development of local industry still faces obstacles in market development due to lack of synergy and collaboration between industries. Co-creation of superior products from Garut is offered as a method that can be applied. The DART model consisting of dialogue, access, transparency and technology is used to evaluate the potentials of the new service system that can be adopted in the future by value co-creators including Garut District Government. The results showed that creative industries in Garut Regency have great potential to co- create new innovative products as the result of the combination of various industries in a newly invented service system.
