Nowadays, an increasing number of legal disputes in school have been widely realized, especially the cases in court. Among them, there are not only the internal school legal disputes, but external disputes, which have great influences on the stability and normal operation of school in a certain extent. However, if we want to get to the bottom of these issues, we deem that the most significant reasons are the level of legal system, the improvement of the construction and consciousness of legal system in education, and the violation of norms in school running. Thus, in order to realize the aim of treating education by laws, we have to improve the construction and awareness steadily of legal system in education, and promote the professional ethnics of faculties.
