摘要
The system of secondary education in Russia is in dire need of a new teacher, able to create highly intelligent educational innovations aimed at developing the student's personality and qualitative change in the educational environment in the school. Our study revealed problems faced by the modern teacher in innovation and their causes, as well as to take them into account in the preparation of future teachers. The results indicate that: 1) the majority of school teachers mainly copy other people's educational products, develop their own educational innovations; 2) more than a half of the teachers consider teaching career highbrow; 3) innovation has become one of set values in school for every fifth of the teachers, etc. (C) 2014 The Authors.
