The Research Hotspots and Trend of the Teachers' Knowledge Sharing in China - Based on the Co-word Analysis

摘要
Over the years teachers' knowledge sharing has been caused great attention in our country, which plays an important role in the development of college teachers and the teaching innovation. For further analysis on the content and trend of the teachers' knowledge sharing in universities, author research 129 academic papers of teachers' knowledge sharing by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) 2004-2014, with a total word matrix, clustering analysis as research methods, to explore hotspots and trend the teachers' knowledge sharing.The results show that the research mainly around the teachers' knowledge sharing motivation and incentive mechanism, obstacle and countermeasures, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, teachers' practical knowledge, technology platform, and influence factors in six aspects in domestic. From the domestic research literature, the future research of the knowledge sharing should focus on measurement, design and implementation of platform,empirical research, etc., which will promote the combination of theory and practice, improve teachers' ability of innovation.
